We deliver to more than 200 countries worldwide with global mail services from as little £4.95 for parcels and £1.50 for letters thanks to the effort of our multiple logistic partners.

On checkout you can select the delivery option which better adapts to your needs:

Globalmail Standard orders will be shipped using the national mail systems in a combination of airmail or surface mail (in DDU terms). Transit times are high, with estimated times of 3 - 6 days to Europe, 5 - 9 days to North America and 6 - 15 days for the rest of the world.
International Standard orders will be shipped using express, fully tracked services (in DDU terms) with transit times of 2 - 3 days to Europe, 3 - 5 days to North America and 5 - 9 days for the rest of the world.
International Swift orders will be shipped using express, fully tracked services, with all the import taxes and associated fees paid by Chaos Cards, so you know exactly how much you will pay for your goods.

As with our domestic orders, SWIFT services include a same or next day dispatch promise, all orders (excluding orders with pre-order items) placed using any Swift before 3pm will be dispatched the same day and orders placed after the checkout will be dispatched the next working day.

We aim to dispatch our Standard orders in less than 1 working day (with 90% of success rate)

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

International orders can need to pay diverse duties, taxes and custom charges depending on the destination country, for orders placed using our Standard services the liability to pay this charges is yours, on arrival, if required, the courier service or the custom offices of your country will be in contact for you to pay the required charges.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

Our SWIFT services, in addition to the quick ship dispatch promise, are shipped with the promise than no extra duties, taxes or extra charges will be added to your final bill. We will take care of clearing any customs and will pay the charges so you know exactly how much you will pay for your goods.

This excess cost will appear in your order as "Export duties" and will be a percentage of the cost of the products in your order depending on the VAT and import taxes applied by the destination country plus some administration fees charged by the courier.

At the moment we are only offering DDP terms in a few selected countries but the list will be increased shortly, so if your country is not available check again soon!

ZONE 3 £145.00 : Azores (Portugal), Bulgaria, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Madeira (Portugal), Romania, Spain (except Balearic and Canary islands, Vatican City
ZONE 4 £165.00 : Balearic Island, Estonia, Greece, Sardinia and Sicily (Italy).
ZONE 5 £220.00 : Corsica (France), Croatia, Gibraltar, Malta, Monaco and Canary Islands (Spain)

Some of our products are restricted to different zones by the manufacturers:

Games Workshop products can only be shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Magic: the Gathering products can only be shipped to the following countries: EU/EEA Countries. Switzerland, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Israel, Macedonia, United Arab Emirates, Angola, Mozambique, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia.
Spray Paints can only be shipped to mainland UK due to security measures.
