Important update about the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection box

What is happening?
The Pokemon Charizard Ultra Premium Collection Box is the most anticipated and in demand Pokemon item of this year!
Whilst we would love to have enough boxes available for everyone to buy one, unfortunately we only have a limited amount of stock arriving and a lot of people who have signed up to find out when it will be on sale.
To keep things as fair as possible we have decided that instead of a first come, first served system, we will be randomly selecting customers and sending a link for them to buy the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection over the next three weeks.
Why are we doing this?
We received a lot of feedback when the Pokemon Celebrations Ultra Premium Collection released that a draw would have been better than everyone trying to buy all at the same time and missing out.
How do I sign up?
Putting your name in the virtual hat is a simple 3 step process.
- Create an account on our website . If you already have an account with us then you can skip this step!
- You will need to then sign up for notifications on the Charizard Ultra Premium Box page . Enter the email address connected to your account in the box on the page which says ‘Enter your email below to be notified when it becomes available’. (see image below)
- Make sure to sign up for notifications before 17:00 UK time on Friday 28 October.
When will I know if I've won?
Once we have collected all of the email addresses, we will check for duplication. Then we will use a random selector service to select those who can make the purchase.
We will be sending out the first wave of emails to those who will be able to purchase the product on Tuesday 1 November by 12:00 pm. You will then have until 12:00 pm on Friday 4 November to make your purchase.
If you are lucky enough to receive this email, the item will show as ‘in stock’ to you when you visit the Charizard Utra Premium page and you are logged in to your account. Please make sure you are logged into your account first.
We will be repeating this process over the next few weeks:
By 12:00 pm Tuesday 8 November (deadline for purchase 12:00 pm Friday 11 November)
By 12:00 pm Tuesday 15 November (deadline for purchase 12:00 pm Friday 18 November)
Anyone who is not successful in the draw will receive an email to confirm this.
Important information
The Charizard Ultra Premium box will be limited to 1 per person. You will not be able to buy multiple Charizard Ultra Premium boxes. This helps keep things fair for everyone.
Payment can be made with e-wallet balance.
Customers will be welcome to add other items to the order, but remember, any pre-order items you add to the order will delay delivery of your order until that item has been released!
Do I have to have a Chaos Cards account connected to the email address I use?
Yes, you MUST make sure that you have an account on our website which is linked to the exact email address you are using to sign up for notifications.
We will not be able to amend your details after 17:00pm UK time on Friday 28 October.
If the email address is not connected to an account we cannot use it in the draw and you will lose your chance to buy the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection.
I’ve already signed up with my account email?
Great! If you have already signed up to stock notifications with the same email address you use on your Chaos Cards account then you are entered and you do not need to do anything more.
I’m not sure which address I entered….
If you aren’t sure, please enter the email address linked to your account with us again just to be safe.
Any duplicate entries will be counted as a single customer, so if you enter the same address multiple times it will still only be counted once.
If you enter the wrong email address or type your email address wrong by mistake and you are picked, you will not be able to make a purchase so please check your email is correct before you enter.
