Every Pokemon fan will love this new release which includes some fantastic artwork to enhance your collection. Helmed by the beloved Pikachu, this awesome set includes the Stella Terra ex Pokemon to help defeat your opponent and become the best Pokemon Trainer in the room.  Surging Sparks is full of stunning artwork and surprises including booster packs, a full art promotional card and a collectors box and is a great cover-all bases gift. This post looks at the Elite Trainer Box in full, so read on to find out more!

Electrify Gameplay!

Surgingsparks

“Terawatts of electricity crash down from the sky in a tropical paradise, setting the stage for the supercharged Pikachu ex!”

Pikachu is leading the way with the Surging Sparks Elite Trainer box. This release contains an awesome 9 booster packs, a stunning full art Magneton promo card and 65 cute card sleeves. The rest is pretty standard contents for an Elite Trainer Box, including damage counter dice, condition markers,  4 dividers, a code card for the Pokemon TCG game online and a players guide to the Scarlet and Violet – Surging Sparks expansion. Not only that, but it comes in a fun collectors box to store everything in, making this a perfect gift for any Pokemon fan you know, from young or old!

Currents Crackle and Dragons Roar

The Surging Sparks release is at its core, a Dragon Set. Excitingly, Surging Sparks contains just over 250 new cards with a fun Tropical theme. We think this looks great and really lends itself to the Electric and Dragon type cards featured in the release. There are two big draws to the Surging Sparks release this November; one is the chance to pull the rare Stellar Terra Pokemon Ex cards. These cards enhance gameplay by adding another layer of strategy. The other is a returning favourite; the ACE SPEC cards. Players may only use one of these cards per deck, and they help to enhance gameplay for most competitive players. We reckon these will make great additions to any deck. After all, who doesn’t love the anticipation of ripping open a booster pack to see what’s waiting for you inside?!

The art work on the cards has that traditional Pokemon style we all know and love, but a special mention goes to the full -Art cards featured in this release, they are truly electrifying! If you want to know even more, head on over to the Chaos Cards Youtube channel,  where Jonnii explores the Surging Sparks release further.

A Pokemon Gift, or two

Card

The Surging Sparks release this November brings not just the amazing Elite Trainer Box with it, but 2 stunning Portfolios featuring Pikachu and Archaludon or Alolan Exeggutor and Latias,  Checklane Blister packs featuring Wooper, Alakazam or Pachirisu and a 3 pack Blister pack featuring Quagsire, and Zapdos. This is all alongside the standard Booster Packs which come with each new release. For Pokemon fans, this wide range of products looks to be perfect for enhancing their decks. The Chaos Card team feel fairly sure that the super charged Magneton full art promo card will be an exciting addition to many fans collections.

The main feature of being a dragon set and featuring Pikachu are enough to get the team here super hyped for this release. Plus it makes a great gift for Christmas and Birthdays.
