Delivery

For customers who aren't in a rush to receive their parcels, and with prices starting as low as £1.00, our standard shipping has a transit time (for the UK) of 2-5 days. We aim to dispatch all received orders within 1 working day since the order confirmation email is sent, with more than 90% of our standard orders being shipped within this timeframe (except during exceptional times as could be Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and big releases).

We also offer standard free shipping for orders over £20 to anywhere in the United Kingdom. 

Our trusted courier partners in the UK are Royal Mail, DHL,  and Parcelforce. We cannot guarantee which service your order will be shipped with but we always use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items you have ordered.

Swift is our new name for our most premium delivery service to date. If your need is speed, then our Swift delivery option is tailor made for you! Order before 3pm on Swift and your order will be dispatched that same day* on a fully tracked and insured next day service^† with the promise of reimbursing your shipping costs if anything delays your order.

If you order after 3pm, then your parcel will be dispatched the following weekday on a next day service^†.

Pre-orders will be sent on a next day service and dispatched at the earliest time our supplier allows.
