What do points make?

We like to reward our loyal customers with points every time they order. These points earn you a variety of benefits. You get 100 points for every £1 you spend with us. Currently these cannot be spent, but they level you up to receive certain benefits. 

Bronze Member 5,000 points 

When you hit the 5K mark you reach the first milestone, Bronze Member! We reward you with 1% cashback on all of your purchases. This is credited to your e-wallet on the first of each month and based on your spend with us the previous month. 

Silver Member 50,000 points

For our long time repeat customers and large spenders you hit Silver at 50K points. This doubles your cashback reward to 2%. You also receive an exclusive newsletter each month with a range of Silver only benefits such as discount codes and special offers. 

Gold Member 100,000 points plus

If you love shopping with us and we hope you do! You'll eventually reach the top tier of Gold at 100K points. This triples your standard cashback reward to 3%. You'll also receive an exclusive newsletter each month with even better discount codes and special offers. 

But the fun does not stop there, you'll also gain access to our Gold Member Expedited Shipping Option entitling you to free next working weekday delivery on orders over £50 (inc VAT).
