Chaos Cards are committed to getting your pre-orders to you as soon as possible. All the information you need regarding our approach to pre-orders is detailed below:

1. Orders that contain pre-order items will only be picked and dispatched once all of the items in the order are in stock.
2. If your order is awaiting a pre-order item, the other items won’t be re-sold. So if one of the items you are awaiting on goes out of stock, this won’t include the one that is already reserved for you.
3. For products with a strict release date the orders will be sent to our warehouse the day before release.
4. The exception to this are Magic the Gathering and Flesh and Blood products which cannot be dispatched until the release date due to manufacturer restrictions.
5. For products with a estimated release date we operate using a quarterly policy i.e. Jan-March 2022, estimating the release date from the information available. As soon as new information about release dates is given we will update the product page accordingly.
6. We will prioritise SWIFT orders over STANDARD, so to get your pre-order first you should select the SWIFT option at checkout. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee STANDARD delivery will be picked/packed on the first day of dispatch.
