The Dune: Imperium expansions Rise of Ix and Immortality work with with Uprising, as do almost all of the cards from the base game, and elements of Uprising can be used with Dune: Imperium.

Great game. Much better than Imperium. Plays smoothly. New additions ramp up the gameplay. My only issue is that the choice of leaders focuses a little too much on the Atreides. But they are all good mechanically.
