Your decisions are at the core of this strategic board game. Use your hand cards wisely to develop properties and expand the city wall. Utilize the special abilities of the buildings and secure valuable resources that can make the difference between victory and defeat. The dice determine the fate of your actions – plan ahead, adapt, and build your lead to be at the top in the final scoring.
Whoever has the most influence after the final round is the winner and wins the election to lead the city.
