Great game and even greater customer service from Chaos Cards. My pre-order was prior to the announcement of the promotional Krampus expansion monster. Chaos Cards without prompting subsequently shipped at their own expense the expansion, which otherwise I would of missed out on. Thanks!

Great game, a really good development and expansion on the themes that have gone before. And the mix and match aspect with previous editions is brilliant! And the Krampus promo expansion character was a nice surprise and will make sure the game gets to the table over Christmas!

More of the same from the Horrified franchise, but all the better for that. If you've played any of the others, this will immediately be familiar. It does have a strong Steampunk feel in both art and story, and I feel it's a bit tougher than it's predecessors. 4 players and 3 Monsters feels very crowded and barely a turn goes by without an attack. The only flaws are the lack of Monsters - only 4, although Cthulhu has a 2-stage process to defeat him - and characters - only 5 in a game that plays up to 5 players.
